This villa is arranged on one floor (access by stairs) with living-dining room with air conditioner and Sat-TV/TDT (languages: english, spanish german and French), from here you can look after the children swimming in the pool. Separate kitchen, completely equipped with gas cooker (4 plates), oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffeemaker, toaster and other utensils for the kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one of them, one of the bedrooms has a bathroom in suite with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bathroom with shower, wc, washbasin and washing machine.
External: pool of 8x4m with built-in stairs and shower. Built-in barbecue with table, a bench of stone, sunloungers, sunahde and other garden furniture. Parking on the plot for 2-3 cars.
