Our villa, of which the apartment is a part, lies in a quiet though not isolated forest area.
The ground floor apartment (55 m2) is modern and comfortably equipped and consists of a livingroom (with double sleeping couch), kitchen, bedroom (with double bed), bathroom and toilet.
The terrace (20 m2) looks out over and provides access to the forest (5000 m2).
It is cool in summer and can be heated in winter so that it can be rented all year through.
